How I challenged myself during the Side Hustle Internship.
I recently had to work on a task on my Side Hustle Internship that was meant to challenge my CSS skills and believe me, it was tough. I thought I was getting the hang of CSS but it looks like I've barely scratched the surface. It's great because it means I get to retrace my steps, but it sucks because it's cause for concern when you're working on a schedule. I thank Side Hustle for that. Pushing me to go the extra mile without a single thought. I just completed my Fylo Dark Theme Landing Page Project from front-end mentor and it's been a hoot working on it for days. As most smart people have advised me, I started off with a mobile view of 375px to work on my positioning and get the hard part done, then moved onto the desktop version, which proved tougher because it's a bit disheveled. Mixing CSS grid and flexbox, I barely got through the task, but I learned about the pressure that comes with sweating to fit your work into a schedule and got a taste of what my future in dev will be like. It's amazing. You can check my project out here: motlakz.github.io/fylo-dark-theme-landing-p... Hope you enjoy!
